Step 1 Grab with your left hand the prominent muscle that runs from your right ear to the frontal end of the clavicula. (sternocleidomastoid, uff!) Squeeze it between your 4 fingers and your thumb and as you're sliding down turn your head slowly outward. Do it several times. Keep your eyes relaxed and rather unfocused. B r e a t h . Switch sides. |

Step 2 Dig with your 4 fingers into the upper trapezius, squeeze it several times strongly between your fingers and the palm of your hand. Let your middlefinger find the edge of the shoulderblade, move in circles along it. Find the indentation on the top corner. Press and hold there. Again keep the eyes relaxed. B r e a t h . Switch sides. |

Step 3 Place your left elbow on the table, let the whole weight of your head sink into your left palm. With your right middlefinger massage all along your cervical spine. Circle around the vertebrae and in between them. If you find a sensitive spot - hold for a moment and breath into it. Keep the eyes and the jaw relaxed. B r e a t h. Switch sides. |

Step 4 Place both your elbows on the table, let your head hang and your jaw relax. With all your fingers press into the skull and form little circles. Release.Move all over the skull. Press, circle, release. Then use your thumbs (or your middlefingers is this suits you better) to go along the brim of the skull. If you find sensitive spots - hold for a moment. Breath. Keep your eyes relaxed. |
